How Can You Join?
Prospective members typically visit our club for a couple of meetings before deciding to join. Join
as quickly - or take as long - as you'd like. Visitors may participate in Table Topics, our impromptu speaking session, when
they feel ready. Once they join, new members begin working on giving speeches and honing their skills by participating in
other meeting activities, such as by timing other speakers or giving evaluations.
Club dues are $57 every six months. New members pay a nominal one-time sign-up fee, which covers
the cost the Toastmaster book and other materials. We accept personal and business checks (sorry, no credit cards).

Who Can Join?
Anyone interested in developing his or her speaking and leadership skills is welcome to join. Our
most active participants are the individuals who benefit the most. So get involved and stay active in order to meet your own
personal goals.

Play a Variety of Roles
Each Toastmasters' meeting incorporates roles to help participants practice speaking under a variety
of circumstances. The Toastmaster runs the meeting as a master of ceremony. The Grammarian introduces a word of the day. The
Tabletalk Master challenges speakers with impromptu questions. Evaluators critique each speaker so everyone learns ways to
improve. And there are more.
Everyone a chance to play a different role and gain other experiences. It's a lot of fun and a great experience.
